Our aim back then and even today,
is to bring you premium home-
grown entertainment and we
continuously work hard to live up
to that promise.
EbonyLife TV was started by Nigerian media-
mogul, Mo Abudu as a venture with the
mantra ‘To portray an Africa that we know and
aspire to, to tell our own stories.’
The channel and all its shows were developed
in Nigeria by a passionate team and since
launching from Tinapa Studios in Calabar on
July 1, 2013, we have created close to 3000
hours of glossy, magical content, distributing
to 49 African countries, including South Africa,
Southern Africa and recently opened studios in
