The trial of Senate President, Bukola Saraki at
the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, suffered
another setback on Wednesday, as the Tribunal
has adjourned indefinitely.
The reason for the indefinite postponement was
hinged on the absence of the prosecution star
witness, Micheal Wetkas, a detective with
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission
(EFCC). It would be recalled that the Tribunal had
adjourned on May 25 to June 1 (today) for the
continuation of Wetkas cross examination by the

Chairman of the Tribunal, Danladi Umar, would
allow it time to hear other cases.
