Metuh Court slams Abuja hospital for transferring PDP chieftain to Lagos

Justice Okon Abang of the Federal
Hight Court, Abuja, has slammed
the National Hospital, Abuja for
transferring the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain,
Olisa Metuh to a hospital in Lagos
Justice Abang frowned at the fact that the
doctor ordered Metuh’s transfer without
informing the court.
The Judge also wondered why the location of
the Lagos hospital was not included in the
medical report.
Justice Abang said “If I ordered investigation
into the activities of the National Hospital
regarding to Metuh’s medical report many
